Welcoming rooms with modern furniture that seemed fresh and had their own balconies 🌿. Including a TV for entertainment, the rooms were well-equipped. the local food options were abundant for a taste of the area.

Recently refurbished, wonderful hotel with outstandingly accommodating people and favourable location close to where everything happens. Location just off many good restaurants, center with many sightseeing and the lake and many good restaurants and shops.

Wi-Fi was average.

Breakfast with western food, coffee or tea, fresh fruit. Attentive and absolutely courteous staff on reception and elsewhere.

The local staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel has an amazing location, being very close to many good restaurants, sights, museums, Ninh Binh, and food stores. It is situated in the center of the Old Quarter.

The room was a good size, well-furnished, and the bed was comfy. the hotel is in a magnificent location, close to all major tourist attractions. It's just a short walk to the Old Quarter, shops, restaurants, and the city center with lots of sightseeing and shopping options.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to shops, restaurants, a lake, and a church in the city center. the suite we stayed in was fantastic with a balcony and a comfortable queen bed.

The highlight was definitely the delicious à la carte breakfast, with a wide variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hanoi.
